COMMUNICATE follows after Integrate and Engage stages.

The Focus on Associate Work Stream (FAWS) leaders of each department is the same representative in the Site-level FAWS (#365SNAPS Day 61). They partner with HR-Employee Relations to identify what are the best activities to implement at a Site Level. In so doing, they tactically know what activities they implement at a department or Account level. It is a harmonious strategic communication strategy designed to call-for-action.

Guided by the business imperatives of the senior leadership Team dove-tailed with the “real-talk” inputs from the Open MIC employee survey, the FAWS leaders & HR proactively design the engagement calendar for the year (#365SNAPS Day 53). This is the basis of budget decisions. This also allows FAWS to be able to tweak and enhance the activities within the month if needed both at a Site-level and department or Account level.

This applies to both positive and negative information. This is presented as to what happened in the past, present, and future period.

We communicate all the important announcements, exciting employee engagement activities, associate development programs, themed events, awards & recognition, including areas of opportunities and help needed to course-correct certain metrics or situations.

We are transparent, genuine and human in our our communication approach. The result is an entire organization who thinks, heart beats, and acts as ONE.

This is my “dyosa ng kagandahan” daughter, TRES. In English, she’s the goddess of beauty and her most beautiful character is her HEART.

Lana Trinity or “Tres” has the humble opportunity to both organize and be the Emcee for several youth events both in-person during pre-pandemic and remote during the lockdowns. Her secret sauce is her BIG HEART FOR OTHERS. She told me her constant YOUth-CONNECT with members of both her religious organization and her fellow students is the input she provides to her working Team when designing the programs and scripts for youth events. Oh, she's also a constant Deans Lister in college!
