According to the Associate Lifecycle created by my Frontline Associates during the workshop, the phase that follows Integrate is ENGAGE.

Engage Phase ensures “the day in the life” of an Associate is carefully designed to be a global best-in-class great place to work based on:

🏓 Associate & Supervisor relationship. This ensures the Supervisor is fully trained and certified to provide the best support for each of the Associates. In like manner, this amazing support model goes all the way up to the CEO. Everyone competently supports each and everyone.

🏀 Associate & Team working Environment. Teamwork and collaboration is very important. The leadership and development, the systems and policies, the support system and engagement programs are carefully designed to support both an individual Associate and a Team working environment.

🔗 Associate & concierge-like Support Departments. All support department functions, HR, Payroll, facilities, IT tools, cafeteria, policies and programs are designed to support all the Associates across all bands and all roles to ensure they perform the greatest work of their lives. We call all our Support Departments our amazing Hero Support Team! (#365SNAPS Day 50)

🏘 Associate & a progressive Community. We ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all Associates. We comply with all laws and regulations of the geography and cities where we operate. Our corporate social responsibility program is generally focused on the needs of the various communities that are important to our Associates.

I had the chance to experience Monsters Inc Laugh Floor show in Magic Kingdom at Disney World, Orlando Florida. Mike Wazowski and the “scare-acters” in the show ensure each and every single audience is happy and laughing. I love that their show is very interactive, very real and unique depending on the actual audience participation. While it follows a general theme to make you laugh, there is no script because its customized to the actual audience of each show.

Oh, there is one script that all the monsters say...
