*Associate Lifecycle: 4 of 4 Series
CELEBRATE is the fourth stage then it goes back to Integrate.
This stage puts a spotlight on promotions, awards, recognitions, commendations, job rotation, birthdays, anniversaries, graduation of kids and any other personal and professional milestone that happens in the life of our Associates, their Team, the interest clubs they are part of or the company. This also includes appreciation for the contributions of Associates separating from the company either because their project-based contract ended or when they decide to move on.
Inspired by the company's Core Values, the ASSOCIATE LIFECYCLE (ALC) from Integrate, Engage, Communicate and Celebrate ensures that the organization and the leadership Team are there with and for our Associates at every single touchpoint in their employment delivering nothing less than global best-in-class services, programs, policies, engagement and action.
These are well planned and on-point activities for the entire year versus just implementing any activity because the boss said so, to please the boss, to please the head office or carelessly just implementing an activity because it’s the latest fad.
Net/net: The ALC is successful because it is created, designed and implemented by Associates for Associates.

*About the photos
As a salute to our Fontliners, I asked the help of one of my most amazing Mission Champs, Sena, to help cook and distribute lunch packs to our medical frontlines in Perpetual Help Medical Hospital in Binan Laguna. Simultaneously, my gorgeous wife Prudence also distributed lunch packs for our Barangay Frontliners in San Martin de Porres Paranaque City.
Thank you to all our Frontliners. You are our heroes. God bless you constantly.
When the Covid-19 lockdown occurred in March 2020, I already knew how I want to celebrate my birthday that year. These lunch pack distribution in both Binan Laguna and Paranaque City happened during the height of the pandemic lockdown last May 4, 2020 while I was in Cebu City.
