Every time I welcome new hire classes, I would say these lines that came from one of my most influential and well loved Mission Ambassadors, Japol Orona†.
“Everybody please raise your hand.” “Put your hand down”
“Go ahead.. Raise your hand.” “Keep it raised…” “Put your hand down”
“One more time… Raise your hand.” “Put your hand down”
As early as now, I want you to get used to raising your hand because here, you have a voice. You are empowered. You have a voice to share your insights, your feedback and your suggestions. We are not blindly bounded by processes when it is the customer’s experience at stake. Each customer is unique. Each one is important. Each one is a human being and not a number. We are empowered to raise our hands, represent the customer we are speaking with and discuss solutions with our Team Leaders. Our Team Leads in turn are also empowered to swiftly seek the right Executive audience to make a decision based on the specific needs of the customer we are engaging with. This is part of an exemption report which later is reviewed to determine overall process enhancements because Customer Experience and Associate Experience both come first (CX1=AX1)
