Anticipating a tremendous growth in our headcount, we needed to ensure our future frontline leadership is ready and capable in managing the huge influx of new frontline Associates and deliver our stakeholder commitments with flying colors as the best leader, the best coach and the best manager.

In seamless collaboration with Service Delivery, Work Force Management, and Human Resources.. our global Learning & Development Team gave this HUGE responsibility to Amazing Ankita. She helped us enhance our learning & development program for all frontline leadership roles.

With her passion to serve and prudent charisma, she was able to influence all leaders to enroll their high potential Associates who have been identified as the Frontline Leaders of the future for leadership certification. Despite on-going complex deliverables, very hectic work shifts of all these Associates, and through typhoons & changing Covid-19 pandemic regulatory lockdowns… Amazing Ankita was able to effectively project manage and coordinate leadership training schedules, Trainer availability, various resources and Trainees’ attendance to complete their leadership certification before managing Teams. I can personally recall how she diligently coordinated through emails, Viber, WhatsApp, MS Teams, and joined multiple calls as she ensured each and every one is trained and successful. You can feel her heart and passion to ensure others become successful. Over 700 frontline leaders benefited from the HEART-work of Amazing Ankita.

Aside from being certified to lead and support Teams, this gave these new leaders the opportunity to advance in their leadership journey to achieve their career goals. As a result, several thousands of frontline Associates were able to experience support and coaching from world-class people leaders which is aligned with our culture of driving positive change.

Amazing ANKITA was part of the 2007 Finals of INDIAN IDOL-Season 3. She is a well-loved & admired Indian singer whose life-journey through trials and wins have inspired thousands of people across India and now across Cebu, Philippines. She is definitely our Amazing Ankita at work, in music, as a human being and as a friend.
