Leaders are purpose driven. They do not prioritize themselves. Instead, they focus on the mission and what needs to be done correctly, urgently and efficiently. They ensure they attract, hire, develop, retain and grow the best talent in the market. They have a good blend of being a charismatic, transformative and autocratic leader. Performance, excellence and integrity are non-negotiable. They are people-centric, promotes a culture of transformation and are results oriented.
*About the picture
When you have a culture of excellence and doing the right thing, the discussions are no longer about performance metrics. Those are already a given and exceeded regularly. The focus of Associates are on helping the community become progressive, provide access to quality education and employment.
This photo shows some of our awesome and amazing leaders and Associates (miss you guys!) from one of my previous organizations holding brooms, rugs and other cleaning equipment. Our Associates volunteer every Saturday after shift (Sunday morning local time) to help clean the classrooms of, AES, a large public school nearby to inspire student to study hard and reach their dreams by having sparkling clean classrooms. Alabang Elementary School started operating in 1917. After 105 years, it now has over 7,000 students with a significant population from ultra-poor communities. Some of our Associates are alumni from this school and it makes us even more proud to be able to serve our community.
