Moving up the corporate mountain requires us to constantly learn new skills, get certifications, enroll in programs, participate in strategic workshops and conduct several executive-level presentation defenses. Nothing is easy as you go up that mountain. It’s going to be very tough, challenging, heartbreaking and sometimes depressing. At the same time, it is also fulfilling, satisfying, gratifying and happy.
You need to make great sacrifices in order to achieve great results. There are no shortcuts. In my own personal career, I started from the start earning minimum wage. Please search my article “#365SNAPS Day 118” when I shared about my first job and talked about the significance of Kalatog Pinggan.

Learning a new skill is both exciting and challenging. My daughter, Tres, bought a pair of roller skates and tried skating for the first time. When she fell, she stood up and continued trying to learn skating by herself.
It’s about your determination & commitment to be successful and not how many times you fail. So whenever you fall, get up! Do it again..
