Be There For Your Team During High & Low Tides
SNAPS DAY 346
12/12/20222 min read
Leaders wake up every morning excited to meet their Team. They are emotionally, mentally and physically ready to start the work day with high spirits. They provide the running performance for the month, the goals for the day, special announcements, commendations and key focused areas where the Team needs to divert their efforts on.
They conduct mentoring and coaching sessions to their Associates as they identify the skill and/or will opportunities of their Associates. Leaders have a customized program designed to support Associates whether they are top, mid or bottom performers. They determine the best learning activity to ensure everyone is supported especially the bottom performers. To ensure bottom performers immediately increase their performance in the BPO industry, leaders can opt to invite other subject matter experts for targeted training sessions, role play sessions, call listening & side-by-side sessions, triad sessions and teach-back sessions.
Leaders always see the natural elements, potential and dedication of her/his Team. They discuss the personal goals and aspirations of their Associates and continuously encourage them to achieve it and the first step is to meet all performance metrics. Leaders will do everything required in order to ensure the success of every member of the Team. While some may walk slower towards the goal, leaders will always be there to influence, motivate and cheer for their Associates because no one gets left behind.
*About the photo
Whether low tide or high tide, the giant orange Torii Gate of Miyajima island is one of the most beautiful sites in Japan. I had the opportunity to bring my family to Itsukushima during one of our family holidays in Japan to witness this in person.
