“Perfect” is written, performed and released in 1993 by the amazing True Faith band.

Leaders inspire the organization with their passion for positivity, with their vision for a better future, and their promise to create an organization wherein Associates will want their children to be part of when they retire.

Leaders need to have good character, well-grounded values and promote a culture of transformation. They are excellent communicators. They are both “people-first” and are customer-centric. They are focused on developing their Associates’ competencies towards perfection, challenging them so they can stretch the boundaries of their capabilities, and empowering them to make the right leadership decisions. They are able to lead their Team successfully during good times and even during times of distress. They are biased for action and results. They have the experience and courage to lead their Team through adversities, heartbreaks and suffering. They mentor their Associates to be able to perform at the next level of leadership. They empower their Associates to lead, commit mistakes, learn and win together. This is why they are able to gain their Associates’ trust and commitment to constantly perform the greatest work of their lives.

*About the video
One of the most remarkable, inspiring and humble human beings I know is Medwin. He, his brother Eugene and their band create beautiful music that has spread positivity, love and happiness to a lot of people for over 3 decades now. I consider him a leader in the music industry. His character, humanity and love for people is the reason why his fans from the 1990s and even up to their children and other Millennials cherish their music.

He was a schoolmate and good friend in DLSU-College of Saint Benilde. During the first year anniversary of me and my gorgeous girlfriend Grace Prudence last April 1993, he dedicated “Perfect”, their brand new song at that time, to Grace Prudence and me. Part of his dedication before singing the song in Faces Disco was that “One day, you guys will marry”. Grace Prudence fell in love with this song. It became our love song and was played in our wedding last December 1994.

Med - Happy birthday & God bless kumpare (Dec 2)
