Share positivity and inspire your Team. We all may be headed to the same direction but each individual has their own road to travel and challenges to overcome. As the leader, you must help them navigate through their hurdles, share learning experiences, and create a support structure to help them unleash their full potential. Deliberately find ways to keep your Associates engaged, passionate and motivated to bring out their very best element every day. Mentor them as they stretch their limits to be knowledgeable beyond their scope in order to be an expert of the end-to-end processes. Guide them to constantly be curious, solution-centric and collaborative to enhance their transformational mindset. Coach them to develop strong professional maturity to elevate their leadership to the next level.

Laura Vicuna Foundation is one of the community beneficiaries of Ateneo Graduate School of Business Alumni Association, Inc where I served as the Alumni President from 2015 - 2016. LVF was organized in 1990 by the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians and some distinguished lay professionals / collaborates in the field of business, law, social welfare and religious community for children in need of special protection through integral education and development. The Foundation aims to restore the children’s faith in themselves, in others and the society. Its advocacy is the development and protection of children from abuses and exploitation.
My 4 awesome kids always join our community service activities there. In this photo, my daughter Nina studied how to play the guitar so she can play it during her visits because the LVF girls love to sing.
