Work Hard To See The Fireworks

I always tell my mentees and coachees that no one can stop you from being successful except yourself. Everything you do daily must be towards achieving your goals in life. Success is pure hard work, determination and perseverance. This does not happen overnight or by luck. There is a lot of training, studying, and learning involved. You must be willing to make sacrifices, bare the pain and sometimes even insult. As a leader, you must be able to influence your Team to be courageous in taking risks, power through obstacles and committed to achieve their goals no matter what. Encourage them to have the discipline, consistency and the passion to push forwards and upwards towards greatness.

This was taken during our family vacation in Hong Kong last 2016. It was their first time to go to a Disneyland theme park. I told them it was a celebration of their hard work the entire school year wherein they got high marks and several awards.
