I serve my community

SNAPS DAY 300

I always encourage and influence everyone I speak with in the Contact Center industry, in government and academe to find ways to help in creating job opportunities for Filipinos. When a person has the right education and given the right opportunity they will contribute to nation building and build families with good values and aspirations.

Sharing of best practices, collaboration and membership-Association are key for leaders to promote the success of the Contact Center industry. The Primary Representatives of top organizations must be devoted to actively contribute to the progress of their stakeholders, each other, and, the country where they operate - the Philippines.

Every program and policy of organizations must be respectful and in compliance with the laws of the land. There must be a harmonious partnership and mutual cooperation on how the Philippine Contact Center industry can help boost the economy to new and exciting global heights.

MY COMMUNITY has always been a very important focus for me and my family. Several generations of our family have been in various roles serving the Filipinos and the country.

My passion has always been in job creation. This photo was taken in the CIB.O (Cebu IT-BPM Organization) Training Room with Batch 4 of our PRIME (EMployment for IT-BPM Readiness Program) that I am leading as the Chairman for Talent Development (non technical)

Robust marketing and business strategies must be implemented by leaders and strategic stakeholders to attract more businesses and new market segments to the country. This can never be done by one organization alone. It must be a collective goal of an association of global organizations.

Vigorous innovation and transformation programs are done deliberately in partnership with both private and government units and the academe.

Enthusiastic programs that drive talent development across demographics, professional disciplines and across the country must be at the top of the priority of leaders. In fact, at the core of talent development must be values formation, total health & wellness and effective communication skills.
