AS MENTEES… we are joyful after we realize that we found the right leader (Coach) who brings out the very best in us, believes in us, challenges us, and is our best cheerleader.

What we may not know is that our Coach (leader)… is dancing with joy, singing her/his heart out, and thanking our Good Lord because s/he found YOU (her/his Star).

*About the video:

Our dad (Coach) always wanted to sing in the global stage. The guitarist (Star) is my brother, Coach Nath*. My brother flew from Los Angeles to visit our dad in Manila for his annual Mentorship Session. Our family usually celebrate each other by singing.
