Leaders must create an environment where Associates are joyful and excited to report for work. They equate working with the rest of the Associates in the organization as their second home, as their work Family. The feeling they have the moment they enter the compound or work online is like they immediately get a shot of thrilling happiness and inspiration in their day. They have full trust and confidence that their voice, insights, personal interests, aspirations and dreams are important to each other, to the leadership and to the organization. They are motivated with their compensation, benefits and incentives. Each one is unique, treated as equals and respected for who they are and who they want to be. The culture is owned and lived by Associates who inspire and encourage each other to be great. Wins, milestones and positivity are celebrated daily. Associates are constantly self-motivated to be in their best element both inside and outside work. They have peace of mind that their leader always mentors and coaches them to stretch the boundaries of what they can achieve, develop them to be the better version of themselves and prepare them for the next role.

Every December, the family members of “Kids 4 Kids (K4K)” happily anticipate being with each other again to share their blessing to kids from ultra-poor communities aged 12 years old and younger. This photo was after the gift giving activity last December 2021.

This coming December 2022 is their 13th year of gift giving.

If you want your kids to join our kids, just PM me so I can have my daughter Tres contact you and tell you the details because aside from the donation ($5 per gift pack), your kids will need join our kids in buying, packing and distributing the food and gift packs. It is such a joy seeing kids happily managing their own outreach program. This is why its called Kids 4 Kids. ❤️
