"Some Day"

A leader’s vision can only be achieved if s/he brings others with her/him. This vision only comes to life when it has a deep purpose, it is exciting, transformational and emotional. It must have that “Aha!” moment helping others discover their own purpose and realize that their personal vision is aligned. It must be electrifying so it motivates a large number of people to travel with you in your adventurous journey towards what is now a shared vision. Your vision must inspire greatly and develop into a positive movement that is revolutionary towards making this world a better place for mankind. It must also genuinely and beautifully strike the beating heart of every Associate as their hard-work transforms into heart-work towards a shared great sense of why.

This photo of our 4 awesome kids was taken in Ben Cab Museum in Baguio City last August 2015. It was during this family holiday that our kids told us what they want to do in their future.

🥰 Nina - “I want to take my MBA after college and be in a job that helps the community”. She graduated from the MBA in 2022 and is now a College Professor for Information Systems courses.

😎 Great - “I want to be in the BPM industry and focused on people to help them achieve their goals”. He is now a graduating college student taking up Human Resource Management.

⭐️ Tres - “I want to have my own business in Events Management and create affordable celebrations to common people, families and companies”. She is now a college sophomore taking up Entrepreneurship and Organizational Communications. She is involved in multiple college organizations and does event hosting.

🏅 Elisa - “I want to be a doctor so I can help people who do not have money to pay a doctor”. She is consistently at the top of her class as a Grade 10 student and updated us she wants to be a Neuro Surgeon.
