SNAPS DAY 259

9/16/20221 min read

Why do Associates stay in an organization?

There is remarkable pride of Associates when they feel they are intimately valued by their leaders and the organization in an “Associate-First” work culture. They feel motivated to work when there are extensive programs across the Associate lifecycle that are designed for them.

Integrate Stage: Associates experience a seamless recruitment process. They are happy with the compensation & benefits and other clauses in their job offer. They feel excited with the onboarding to the company values and technical process training. The highest leader in the organization welcomes them in person and is invested in their success.

Engage Stage: Associates feel empowered, encouraged and rewarded to perform their best. There’s a high degree of mutual trust & confidence with their leaders. Their leaders actively mentor and develop them to their full potential towards promotion.

Communicate Stage: Associates and leaders have regular and open communication at work. Immediate resolution to feedback is a way of life. Leaders communicate the amazing milestones that happened last month, the engaging activities that are happening in the current month, and the exciting programs to look forward to next month.

Celebrate Stage: Associates are emotionally happy that their leaders and the organization celebrate their promotion, recognition, movement to new roles, completion of certification programs & projects, and important milestones in their personal lives including their immediate loved ones. Even Associates who separate express deep gratitude and continued pride for being part of the organization. As such, they are acknowledged and given the appreciation they deserve.

*About the video

One of my awesome and amazing Teams (CuRe) gave me this video as a gift during one my birthdays in the past. They fondly call me “Papshie” because I don’t want to be called boss or sir. Brief history: One time they interviewed my wife and found out my wife used to call me Papshie when we were still dating in 1992.

(To all my Teams)

Continue doing your very best to be the best guys! Love you all, alam nyo yan!! - Papshie
