"Dancing Gracefully In A Era Of Constant Change"

SNAPS DAY 256

9/13/20221 min read

An organization succeeds in an era of constant change if they have an exciting vision, there’s prioritization of business imperatives, operations excellence is a way of life, core values & culture are strong, and, when everyone is All In.

This means a leader’s vision of a digital future must be comprehensible to every stakeholder of the organization. With change management as part of their DNA, Associates are well-equipped and courageous in managing uncertainties; and see it as a fuel for innovation. Everyone consciously makes an effort for transformation to be a way of life. Each and every Associate can recite the organizations’ vision, mission, core values, strategic imperatives and knows exactly what their role is in their journey to greatness. They can share several stories how they live these daily as they perform their roles, as they support their customers and as they engage with other stakeholders.

*About the video

My gorgeous wife Prudence is my soulmate, friend and superhero through all the changes that happen in my life. She is the human being I want to be with during the most fierce storm, the strongest earthquake, the worst days of my life, when my spirit is at its lowest, when I am afraid, when I am sad, when I get very old. Only she knows where to find the heart of my heart, and, the soul of my soul. She is the source of my strength and inspiration as we both face the ever evolving, changing and transforming arena we call life. Her love and positivity glows beautifully especially when she smiles.

Since we got married 27 years ago, we love dancing together. We correlate dancing with how we manage the changes and challenges that happen in our lives.

Today is her birthday. Happy birthday ma. Mahal kita… mahal na mahal!

“Can’t Stop the Feeling” is sung, written and produced by the amazing Justin Timberlake in 2016. Me and my gorgeous wife Prudence love to dance the “Swing” since we have been married for 27 years now. Thank you for allowing us to dance to your beautiful music, Justin.
