"When A Person Is Well Appreciated, S/he Will Do More Than What Is Expected"
SNAPS DAY 254

When you continue to have a toxic, stressful and unsupportive boss despite numerous conversations and feedback you have provided to her/him and even to your boss’s boss, one option you can take is to fire your boss by requesting Human Resources Department to transfer you to another Team. Remain professional, the Employee Satisfaction Survey is also a venue to air your concerns and suggestions about your work situation.
After HRD has transferred you to another Team, it is normal to feel uncomfortably with this situation especially since you will still see each in the office. This is why you must involve HRD to ensure fairness and professionalism are maintained. Don’t worry about what other people are saying. What’s important is you have recognized and cut-off the root cause of what’s stopping you from excelling. In the next 3 months, do your very best to be the best in your new Team. Bring out your natural element in the game and shine your brightest!
Resigning is the last option to take especially if the organization is great and your working situation with your boss is the only negative exception.
*About the photo
This is a photo of our youngest daughter, Elisa, after winning Miss Sports 2019. Along with her sister, Tres, they excel in both academic and extra-curricular activities when they transferred to a new school back then. CSR-M school feels like home, great facilities, teachers are top notch, no politics and students are encouraged to perform their utmost best. The Administration has regular connect sessions with students and parents, the Principal’s Office is always at-your-service, the Guidance Office is always full of happy students, and their senior high school graduates pass collegiate entrance exams of the top universities and colleges.
