Mentors…. please be understanding of your mentees. You were once one. I know you want them to learn quick and be great. This is why you give them “tough love”. It’s ok to be very tough on them but don’t forget there must be love too.

To all my fellow mentors… I salute you! To all mentees…. keep it up! Don’t quit! Believe in yourself. You can do it!! What your mentor may not have revealed to you is that we never stopped being a mentee.

I asked my daughter, Tres, to teach me a dance choreography that we can dance at the Petronas in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia during our family vacation last April 2018. We managed to clear a portion of the park from the flock of tourists in front of the Petronas and danced. I tried 3 times and failed to dance the choreography nicely but.. I won in quality bonding time with my daughter, Tres.
