In whichever exhausting and stressful situation you are in, at the end of your work day… decide to go home to where your heart smiles, where your body can rest, where your mind can relax, and where your spirit can rejuvenate.

As difficult as it may be… turn off your work phone apps, don’t open your laptop and just enjoy quality time with your loved ones, listen to your music, eat the food you want, play games with buddies, and quality time for yourself.
