My second daughter, Lana Trinity “Tres” told me when she was a little girl.. “Papa, I want to be a cheerleader when I grow up”

I enrolled her in ballet lessons & recitals when she was little along with her youngest sister, Elisa. I also enrolled her in gymnastics lessons. She was committed to achieve her goal and nothing will stop her from achieving it.

If you ask me… my goal was to spend quality time with my daughters, Tres and Elisa.

In senior high school, she was accepted to be part of the CSR Cheer Rockstars.

Tres and her Team joined the National Cheer dance Competition at the Mall Of Asia Arena. There were several schools who joined and the other competing Team won.

As far as Tres is concerned….. she achieved her goal to be a cheerleader and that’s a personal win for her! We are all very proud of our cheerleader, Tres!

At work, I expose my mentees to various situations and challenges so they develop their leadership competencies as they strive to achieve their goals. When they succeed in achieving their goals and get promoted….. I am their #1 Cheerleader with the loudest HOORAY!!
