I miss my dad. Growing up, I love our conversations because I learn simple yet impactful insights about life, career, relationship and anything & everything under the sun. He has the ability to make everything and the most complex situations look and sound so simple and easy.

I tell him that I want to acknowledge him and inform my friends and colleagues that I learned these ideation, speech, strategy, cheer, poem, concept, song, framework, tagline, jargon, coined words, activity, drama, joke, motto, travel destination, creative approach, paradigm, modeling, solution, passion to serve & share from my dad.

He always tell me that whatever I learn from him, I should add my personality & character then own it as my own.

I would argue…. “But this is your idea..”

He would always reply… “No. Everything I share to you is my gift to you. It’s now yours. Your friends, boss and colleagues do not know me. It is you who need to be under the spotlight holding the microphone. I’ll just always be here as your #1 cheerleader.”
