"Timeless Values And Lessons From Dad"

Hon. RTC Judge Jaime Salazar, Jr is my Grand Master Coach. The life lessons and values he taught me and my siblings through experiential learning are timeless. Here’s sharing some with you:

“Promise me, share everything I teach you to others”. He told me to selflessly share everything that I know to others so others may also grow and become successful. This is why I share daily leadership advises through #365SNAPS. Dear friend, please also share what you know to others. This behavior drives positive change.

“Learn something new every day.” Thats 365 new learning every year. Growing up, I realized it also includes unlearning so you can learn new things or validate what you have learned. This mindset strengthens learning agility.

“Treat your customers like family.” I realized if you take care your customers like family they stay as your customers for life. This is “malasakit” (genuine care) for others at its finest.

Dad always tell us “Love your family because your family is forever.” His favorite song is “Kahit maputi na ang buhok ko” which means… “I hope our love for each other lasts forever even when our hair turns gray”.
