Two of the most outstanding leaders I have the coveted opportunity to work with in one of the organizations I was part of were incidentally both named “CHING”. They are not related to each other but they are two of the greatest leaders on the planet.

We joyfully call him, Tatay Ching. He is well-loved by thousands of Associates in the Site and our global leaders. When you talk about rallying the hearts of thousands of Associates, 24-karat exciting Associate engagement, and passion to influence an entire organization to always DO THE RIGHT THING… you are talking about Tatay Ching. He is literally a rockstar! When walking around the Site with him, it is common for random Associates to come-over and give him a hug or fist bomb, happily yell-out his name to get a dose of inspiration, join him for a short dance move, and approach him requesting for coaching time. So much more, and… Tatay Ching will be with you in the frontlines never leaving you behind.

We cheerfully call her, Nanay Ching. Her leadership brand is beautiful operations EXCELLENCE. When you need to execute large-scale complex projects involving a matrix set of leaders, you rely on no one else but Nanay Ching. “Tough-love” as some describe her mentorship style but if you want to be a great leader, you want her to be your mentor. She influences massive Teams of Associates to constantly perform at the highest global standards, she inspires them to bring out their very best all the time, and she has this magical charisma to transform leaders from great to grand. So much more, and… Nanay Ching works with you from the backstage empowering her leaders to take the spotlight at center stage.
