I often tell my Frontline Associates… Be brilliant in your process and treat your customers as if you’re talking to a family member or a loved one.
Imagine, some customers can be just like your mom. You need to give her your full attention, and lots of love and you need to be in your natural element. For example, she may not be too tech-savvy about the app you’re explaining or she may take a longer time understanding your explanation about the monthly billing she’s disputing or she may be irate because the dress she ordered as a Christmas gift for her daughter has not arrived yet…
One thing is for sure… she’ll love you forever and be your customer for life!

Meet my happy granddaughter, Avrielle Reese and her "super smile"! She always call me with a high tone… “Yoyo!!” coz she still can’t pronounce “Lolo” (Grand Pa in Filipino) yet.
She is my #1 customer. Our home is always ready for Avrielle’s visit. We have toys, a swing, a slide, baby food, the house is well sanitized, and we have Cocomelon ready to play at any moment’s notice.
Why…. coz when Avrielle smiles, my entire world smiles with her.
Similarly, some customers can be like any of your siblings or your spouse or it could be any of your children.
When you know you made your customers smile, your heart smiles with them.
