(Genuinely express how you can relate to your clients’ pain points or be honest if it will be your first time to manage the kind of support they require. Instead of telling clients you know it all… I suggest you talk about your challenges in creating a personalized solution for them. Be honest and tell your client that your solution is only 99% done and the remaining 1% still needs to be validated with them as the SMEs when you meet with them)
