I have my Call Listening Thursdays wherein we listen to Featured Remarkable Everyday Super Heroes (FRESH) Calls, bad calls and review non voice transactions along with my Team Leaders, Quality Assurance Officers, Trainers and Recruiters every week. We discover a lot of ways to improve BOTH our Customer and Associate experiences.
Every now and then colleagues and even some clients ask me why do I listen to calls…
“Our clients entrusted their greatest treasure (their customers) to us. As leaders, we must ensure our greatest asset (our frontline Associates) is fully supported. We are in the BPO / Call Center industry… it’s our basic duty to listen to calls”

During one of the Yearstarter events, the emcee kept inviting Associates to dance but everyone was shy. When me & our Assistant General Manager started dancing, other Associates happily followed us to dance.
