Leadership is a journey. It is seasoned over a period of time. Leadership is a service. It demands for altruism, “malasakit” and constant trust. You can never fake it. It is anchored on values and genuine care for the good of other. It is keeping a happy heart and a positive mindset. It is being joyful, self motivated and never tired on inspiring others.

My Team is my work family. Purpose, values and mission are important anchors of the working culture I lead. My Team has a voice, empowered and respected. I personally prioritize their development and success. I enable them to constantly do their very best to be the best at delivering results done by being brilliant at the basics and digital. My left hand which is closest to my heart symbolizes my service to my Team members.
I love my customers. My vision and desire is to make them very successful constantly. Serving them extraordinarily well enables me to care for their customers through my awesom-azing Associates. It empowers my Team to share positive humanity to another human being and this is personally important to me. My right hand which is my working hand symbolize my service to my customers.
I love my community. I am part of my community. It is my responsibility to ensure it is progressive, they are responsible for their growth and they actively work towards hope. When my community is successful, my family, my Team, my organization, and my customers are successful too. My pose exposes my heart which symbolizes my service for the community.
I love sharing positivity. I love celebrating each day with coffee, food, laughter, songs and dances. I love sharing my blessings to others.
