Fall on the floor or move Fast-forward into the Future? Failure gives you a golden opportunity to accept you have weaknesses. It humbles you as you develop and strengthen your leadership to traverse fast-forward into the future.
Avoid or Absorb learning? When you fail, it is experiential learning at its core. It stares you straight in the eyes that you have a lot more to learn. Always be a sponge for learning and pay it forward by sharing knowledge to others.
Irresponsible or Improve constantly? Failing gives you the ability to exercise all that you have prepared for in your entire leadership journey. Be bullish and fight for always evolving towards the better. It gives you the courage and intelligence to be resilient despite all odds.
Lose or Lead. Failing gives you the chance to lead your Team through uncertainties, coercion and negativity. Heroes shine in the midst of trails, challenges and darkness.
About the video These Associates are some of the most inspiring heroes without capes that I know. In June 2018, my Mission Ambassadors and Leaders decided to offer their lunch break so we can dance and post this video on FB to encourage people to donate blood. Incidentally, the MAs were sponsors for the ongoing Blood Letting activity by the Investing for Good program that week.
December 29th is a day before the birth of our national hero, Jose Rizal Day. You can be a hero too. Please donate blood to save lives. The lives you save can be yours, your parents, your siblings or your children. When you donate blood, you are prioritized when you need it.
