My Last Christmas Song

Humility and selflessness are the leadership characteristics that are most sought after. It takes a person’s pureness of heart, body and soul to remain constantly humble and selfless regardless of what ever rewards, accolades and recognition that may be given your work environment. Some may describe this as a beautiful synergy of being a people-centric, charismatic and transformational leader.

Humility and selflessness compels leaders to mold the organization to be good, better and the best. The mission of the organization must be about bringing forth a phenomenon of good in everything they do and to all of its stakeholders. They strive to be better everyday by constantly developing, evolving, and transforming it’s people, process and technology towards a beautiful future state. They have the best heart for doing what is right and aspiring for excellence.

Humility and selflessness are found in several leadership and management books including the Bible.
