Be a visionary who delivers results. You must have a clear purpose of what you want to do in life. This is discovered through experiences, trials and wins. Start by determining your wildly important goal, your ambition, and what is most important to you. Determine where you are now, your resources, competencies and gaps. Then, together with your Team, draft a roadmap on how to achieve you goals. The beauty of having everyone in your Team draft your road map is that there is shared excitement and accountability to deliver results.

Be a good communicator. The road to achieve your goals requires you to effectively influence your Team to have a mindset of “the art of the possible”. Open your heart and let them know they are family, they are a very precious part of the Team and that you are there to support them every step of the way because achieving their personal goals collectively help achieve the organization’s goals. Only when they are successful will you also be successful.

In this video, he takes a different role for his Team. They just concluded their Strategic Planning for 2023 and they fondly requested to have a video taken by a flying drone. Without skipping a beat, Charlie immediately took out his phone and became the Human Drone for his Team.
