Masterpiece

Not all of your Associates have the same speed to competency. They do not have the same learning speed, they have different learning medium preferences, and they have varying sources of motivation. This is why you must know each and every Associate in your Team like the back of your hand. You must be aware of what drives them to be successful, to go beyond goals and to stretch further than what they are capable of. You must also be aware of their weaknesses, their emotional limits and the times when they need a friend instead of a supervisor to speak with.

You must be able to find common and complementing goals, aspirations, character and personalities of everyone in the Team including you as the leader. Each one must be able to have the mutual trust and confidence to express their straightforward insights, provide uncomfortable feedback and tell the other person they have a better idea & the other person is receptive to this. Once your Team achieves a cohesive rapport, they are able to move, defend, attack, evolve and win as one. Your Team becomes the special unit that is called to manage & resolve the most complex and impossible projects of your organization. While some may describe this as a high performing Team, each member of the Team can collectively call it as their masterpiece.

My family loves to dance and it has became our way to express our emotions when we are happy, sad, inspired or just want to chill and have fun. Here is one of the dances that my daughter Tres and I performed when we were in Cebu last year. The #THESTYLEWEEKENDdancechallenge in Tiktok has quite a complex choreography because it has interconnected pop-locking, fast, slow-mo and smooth dance moves.
