The secret to getting ahead is to get started. Your career goal won’t be a reality unless you act. One of the commitments you need to do is to identify 2 high potential leaders in your Team who have the potential to replace you. I always tell my leaders: "How can I promote you of you cant be replaced?"

Mentor your high potential Associates well. Enroll them in leadership training programs. Share best practices. Give them your secret sauce. Then, do not forget to tell them to add their personal leadership brands and own it. This helps strengthen your succession planning which supports the overall growth of the organization. Only when you have a robust succession plan and a deep bench of "ready now" leaders across all levels can you have rapid, massive and successful growth.
