Forge human connections that lasts a lifetime. Be present and in the moment whenever you meet your Team. Listen and respect their insights, feedback and dissenting opinion. Remain accessible to your Team especially when they need guidance or to reinforce the right behavior.

The organization’s focus on customer experience and Associate experience must be equal. Shifting left and digital ideation must benefit both because only when your Associates are happy will productivity translate to happy customers.

Simply things and act swiftly. Create an organizational structure that encourages easy decision making and fixes. This results to high trust and confidence of Associates with their leaders. It enables the organization and its stakeholders to achieve their goals faster.

Numerous children of our Associates participated in one of our Trick or Treat Halloween activities in the office. I wore my 1970s groovy retro outfit. I have my own trick or treat booth which has abundance of sweets and also toys. I’m extremely happy because all the kids enjoyed the games and activities aside from having overflowing sweets and balloons.

I also brought my grand daughter, Avree dressed as Minnie Mouse, because it’s her first trick or treat experience!
