A Mission Ambassador or Brand Ambassador is someone whose personal & family values are aligned to that of the organization’s core values. An Ambassador lives and breathes the mission of the organization and actively champions this as an inspiring & influential role model to all stakeholders. S/he drives positive change and always does the right thing.

This is why I describe a Mission Ambassador or Brand Ambassador to have 3 hearts:

🏅the heart for the Customer,

🏅the heart for fellow Associates, and

🏅the heart for the Community.

I had the humbling and coveted opportunity to serve the Mission Ambassadors of one of the organizations I was part of before. I know each and everyone of them by heart because they are family.
