"Be Great, Not Greedy."

Leaders rally their Team to persevere no matter what the challenges are. They motivate the Team to be resilient and determined to achieve their goals as one Team. Leaders ignite the willingness and wants of their Associates to stretch themselves further. They influence their Associates to learn non-stop, be open to new knowledge, be bold and take smart risks.

However, as you and your Team go through the journey towards achieving your wildly important goal, be mindful to always do the right thing and respect the journey of others. You know the amount of blood, sweat and tears to get to where your Team is so when another Team bested yours and win the prize, they must really deserve it.

Be ever conscious of the boundaries between greatness and being Greedy. Guide you Team to stay on the good path. Advise them to avoid fame and accolades from getting to their heads. So when you notice any of your Team members steering towards being greedy about winning awards and getting a lot of recognitions, immediately steer them back on track. Remember that humility and selflessness are the foundations of greatness.

The highlight of this photo is the delicious boiled sweet banana that Principal Regz prepared for our Team of volunteers when we started building the potable water tower in Sto Tomas Elementary School - main campus in Calauan Laguna. This is sponsored by our organization’s IFG and was unveiled last August 17, 2018 as seen in one of the photos. Since then, the community has access to safe and clean drinking water. This community has a few thousand population of ultra poor families who boil their water so they can drink it.

Today, October 16, 2022 is world food day with the theme "Leave NO ONE behind". IFG's potable water program in partnership with Planet Water ensures everyone has access to water they can drink.

Meet everyone’s favorite School Principal, Mrs. Regie “Regz” Ramirez.

All teachers, administrators, students, parents and community know her to be the The Servant Leader-Principal of Laguna Province. She is first to arrive in any school activity, she mentors & trains her faculty to learn new skills, she transforms her schools into a world class learning environment, she spends quality time with her thousands of students, she proactively talk to parents & community leaders, she rolls up her sleeves painting, cleaning and beautifying her schools. She is truly one of my idols and inspirations who I am humbled to call my dear friend.
