"I Just Want To Give Thanks" - Elisa
SNAPS DAY 282

Leaders must actively work towards constantly eliminating discrimination in the workplace.
The most senior executive leadership at the top must advocate for equality in the workplace. One way to demonstrate this is through the composition of the members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The SLT must constantly create a culture of fairness, inclusion, diversity and equality. Associates must enjoy having a safe space to express their insights, where there is no harassment and no intimidation. Everyone is given equal opportunity for job movements, promotion, training, pay, benefits, salary increase and corporate services. In fact, as early as the Recruitment Stage, the organization must open candidate selection fairly without any bias on age, disability, gender, marital status, pregnancy, race, religion, beliefs, and sexual orientation. The results is an inclusive & collaborative culture of trailblazing transformation, sustainable success and unstoppable growth.

*About the video
Our youngest daughter told us she wants to serve at the Nuestra Señora de Gracia Parish Church in Makati City. We quickly said “Yes of course, sweetheart!” and also asked her why?
Elisa said: “I just want to give thanks”.
The priest, Father Peter, spoke about God’s unconditional love for ALL of mankind during the Sunday celebration of the mass today at the parish. The priest emphasized God loves everyone EQUALLY even those who do not know Him yet. He also described how God is extremely joyful for the Samaritan who came back to thank Jesus for healing his wounds.
