Servant Leaders bring HUMANITY into every action and interactions with all of their stakeholders. They SEE the true realities happening in their stakeholders’ environment as a “call-to-action” to make things better. They LISTEN emphatically to understand how they can help others. They are one with all members of their organization which enables them to FEEL exactly what their Associates feel. They are adaptable to the distinct TASTE of every generation where their Associates come from allowing them to align their strategies, policies, and programs accordingly. Associates look forward to hear their leader SPEAK because it inspires, comforts, resolves and ignites the hearts of everyone in the organization towards their wildly important goals. As a result, the organization’s culture is fortified with respect, care, grit and excellence.

Javi is one of my favorite Servant Leaders who I had the coveted opportunity to work with. Everyone wants to work with him. He is a seasoned thought leader who generously shares everything he knows so his leaders and Associates are successful in helping their customers be happy. He is also an enthusiastic Coach, a wonderful friend-for-life, and, a great dad to his son.
