Jonathan and Jomari are two of the most remarkable Transformational Leaders I am humbled & proud to call my friends. Both are some of the pioneering pillars and iconic industry experts of the IT-BPM industry in the Philippines. They continue to inspire, lead and work tirelessly to future-proof, transform and elevate the Philippines’ country-level competitiveness globally. This handsome photo was taken in the IBPAP office some years ago.

*Some trivia about my idols & me:

Jomari and I used to compete with each other in winning IT-BPM contracts when we were in Business Development roles from our competing previous organizations; this was before he became the President & CEO of IBPAP. Coach Jomari and I celebrate those stories because the true winners are the clients and the Filipinos. On the other hand, Jonathan endorsed me to one of my amazing employers in the industry. We used to meet regularly in the BPAP (now IBPAP) office during Membership Committee meetings which he chaired when he was Executive Director for Industry Affairs. Fondly called JDL & Lord Commander by friends, he continues to serve & lead Filipinos towards greatness as PSIA President and as the visionary of technology & innovation township in the country.
