In the BPM industry, most back office processes are already automated and several Tier 1 customer service & tech support processes are being managed by bots or self-heal options.
Invest in design experience. Optimize machine learning and automation in enhancing the end-to-end processes, tools and apps of your clients used by your Associates. Provide tools and upgrades for your clients for free aside from just human capital to increase the stickiness of the relationship.
Obsess in your digital transformation strategy. Make it trailblazing so you help your clients become #1 in their industry. How your organization uses data and technology to bring your clients’ products and services closest to their customers is the new measure of success.
