If you’ve finally found your true purpose and actively working on achieving it, then, congratulations! You are on your way to complete Phase 1. At our core, we all aspire for goodness, for excellence and to bring the light of positive change for God’s greater glory (AMDG).

Phase 2 is finding out that you are part of something huge and bigger than yourself. You realize that each human being’s sense of purpose are interconnected with one another. We are interdependent to one another. What we think, say and do affects everyone else - not only what you can do with your smartphones, global effects of Covid-19 and transformation through IOT (Internet of Things)... even simple gestures like smiling is contagious which makes the other person smiles back at you.

I can’t help but appreciate Michael Jackson’s song… “Heal the World” coz it’s the true essence of Phase 2. The challenge I have for you is how to influence others to align or complement your true sense of purpose, create a movement of positivity, and together we all… “heal the world, make it a better place for you and for me and the entire human race”.

My dad and I conceptualized ONE Ateneo when I was given the coveted opportunity to serve as Alumni President of Ateneo Graduate School of Business last 2015 -16. It means Outreach, Networking and Entrepreneurship programs following Atenean Values. I am humbled that this was adopted by the other alumni presidents after me.
