Commit to success. Ignite the passion and determination of every single member of your Team to get things done no matter what hurdles come their way. Rally the Team towards greatness.

Leaders must embrace change just like how we adapt to the changes in MUSIC through the decades. Sharing what I have done:
Mission for the future. Your vision must be supported with well defined programs for the ever-evolving needs of each of your stakeholders (like your community, Associates, clients, LGU, regulators, etc).
Uncertainty is certain. Embrace disruption and transform it as your strongest differentiator. So, don’t just do things better… change the game!
One of my biggest influencers is my former boss and good friend, Craig. He mentored me and our Senior Leadership Team to create a work environment where each Associate in our Sites across the Philippines is relevant, empowered and treated as a human being. He has this unique leadership aura, genuine smile and brotherly voice that motivates you to constantly bring out your very best, inspires you to collaborate interdependently, and, create a culture of malasakit (genuine concern) to all stakeholders.
