Our frontline Associates have the most difficult and heartfelt role in the organization. They ensure they are always there to help our customers in need. They constantly ensure they are highly skilled in the process, policies and tools so they can be the masters in helping our customers when they call, email or chat. Customers connect with the contact center because they need help. Our frontline Associates are their Everyday Heroes always ready to help.

Mom has served the Charismatic community all her life even when she became totally blind and disabled since 1997 until 2022. She is a powerful prayer warrior of God. Several people trust her with information, their finances, and their decisions. When families are in dispute, they would invite mom in their meeting and everyone suddenly cooperates with each other. When she became very ill, lost her voice and bedridden, she would sing worship songs and pray 24 x 7 for all of us including those who do not know Jesus Christ.

The other Everyday Heroes I know are my mom and dad.

Since I was a young boy, they have helped countless relatives, neighbors, friend and friends of friends find jobs. They have accommodated several people in our home as a temporary shelter to find jobs or to study for a bar exam or board exam. They have helped numerous people who are ill, grieving, in trouble or need any kind of help.

Dad served as an altar boy when he was a teenager, and, as a law professor for decades in the University of the Philippines, University of the East and San Sebastian College. Almost all of his law students love him and deliberately enroll in his class to learn. He dedicates himself in teaching law student to pass the bar. He is one of the most honest judges in the Philippines and has given life sentences to all colors of politicians, military, rebels, drug lords and others who committed heinous crimes and this is why he is known as one of the three “hanging judges” (hukom bitay).

Today, October 12, 2022 is their 50th Golden Wedding Anniversary being celebrated in heaven.
