With all the negativity around us like Covid-19 & new illnesses, high gas prices, discrimination, illegal drugs, poverty, corruption, malnutrition and hunger… decide to be grateful, happy and positive.

Everything happens for a reason. As a leader, continue to be courageous and fight for what is right. You may loose some battles along the way towards winning the war. That is okay, stay focused. Move forward and power through negativity and uncertainties towards your goal.

While sometimes your battle ground seems dark, continue to shine brighter than bright. Coach your Team so they also shine their brightest. The dark sky is no match for the million bright stars coming from your Team.

I brought my gorgeous wife Prudence to 10,000 Roses Cafe in Cordova, Cebu. It’s located at the end of a port area wherein there’s almost a kilometer of darkness along the road until you see the bright lights of 10,000 led-lit white roses.
