Some of my colleagues and friends ask me.. “What does your Patrick Pose mean and why do you always strike that pose in photos?Well, it’s meant to be an inspiration, a call to action and a source of positivity.

My right hand symbolize that I work hard to achieve my goals and so I recognize the people I serve (my loved ones or customers). My left hand which is closest to my heart recognize the HEART-work of my Team (or family) in delivering our service promise (to our loved ones or customers). My arms are extended exposing my heart which symbolize my commitment to my purpose which is to evolve our community to new & exciting heights. The smile of my face thanks our Good Lord for giving me the opportunity to help, coach and bring positivity to others.

Then, their follow-up question is.. “Why is it’s that sometimes we see you in photos doing your Patrick Pose while in a “jump-shot”?

When I do that, it means I’m celebrating YOU. It could be because we are celebrating a special event, someone got promoted, it’s someone’s birthday or we are simply happy in that moment.
