One of the most powerful words on planet Earth is to say “THANK YOU”.

In the midst of all the challenges, pain and negativity we all experience every day, never forget to appreciate the gifts we have.

We may not have a perfect family but we are most loved in our home. We may not have the best set of friends but they are our best friend for life (BFF). We may not have the best job but we have a job nonetheless. We may not have a lot of money but we are healthy and alive.

So be grateful. Be happy. Be positive.
