The customer of the future is very demanding, impatient, and entitled. Just like food orders, everything must have the ability to be delivered in an hour maximum. They need immediate response on everything and everything must be on-demand from their mobile devices. Their attention span and interest are a no longer than 2 seconds. For example.. when an app takes longer to load they skip that app, when the button of an app does not work they skip the app, and when there are too many clicks on an app and its not intuitive they skip the app. They want self-service options available and also want self-heal options. They love sharing a lot of content on the internet. They share a lot of their personal information in social media and trust that everything is secure.
The customer of the future is very loving, caring, emotional, prefers positivity, cares for nature, cares for their family & loved ones, wants their community to progress, nationalistic, loves the environment, has a health & wellness first mindset, values friendship, loves music, creative, does the right thing, trusts anyone easily, connected to the world, respects safe spaces, advocates diversity & inclusion, "me-time" is golden, God fearing and are such amazing human beings.
The customer of the future is you, me, our kids, our parents, our grand kids, the person next door, the stranger on the road, the food delivery rider, the gamer from another country, your friend on social media, the random people dancing on Tiktok, and let us not forget your pets.
The customer of the future is all of us.
