Collaboration has always been a very significant leadership model that I implement in all the groups, communities and organizations I am part of in my personal life, in the university, and in my professional career.

I deliberately invest in establishing genuine engagement and trust amongst all stakeholders. Rally them towards agreeing that constructive disagreement is healthy and assuming positive intent is a minimum expectation. I encourage continuous strengthening of capabilities of independent entities, and equally, advocate for interdependency to achieve a common goal.

I had the privilege to serve in 2015-2016 as the Alumni President. My theme was ONE Ateneo which stands for Outreach, Networking and Entrepreneurship anchored on Atenean core values.

I completed my Master in Business Administration - Regis Program (MBA - Regis) in Ateneo in 2006.
