At work, whenever my client has a request, I do my very best to provide it.

I make sure I bring my Team with me and we listen. We do our homework & research. We offer insights. We review risks & mitigants. We collaborate and work closely with the client so we can personalize the solution implementation, and follow through.

*Meanwhile, I am also honest if I know I cannot provide the request. It may not be our strength or we may still be learning the skill or capability.

When your client knows you’re honest about what you can do and what you cannot do, they may tell you…

“Don’t worry. That’s my strength, I’ll teach you”

Or… “I don’t know that too… let’s learn it together”.

Honesty is the best policy.

Me & my wife love to dance. During the start of our month-long 27th Wedding Anniversary last December, we went to the gorgeous Golden Sands Resort in Daanbantayan, Cebu.

A week before, she requested that we dance to Justin Bieber’s Tiktok #PeachesDanceChallenge on the beach.

Three days before our trip, I started practicing the choreography but I always have a hard time dancing the part with the “backward skips”. I was concerned coz I don’t want to disappoint my wife, Prudence.

At the beach, Prudence told me that she also has difficulty with the “backward skips”. We laughed every time we get to that part, we shot this video 11 times, and had a great time together at the beach!
