Every challenge, every defeat, every mistake brings you closer to your goals. The journey towards your next milestone to get to your goal will not be an easy walk in the park. It will be a tough, steep, rocky and winding road.

Often times you feel exhausted, angry, hopeless and THE PRESSURE BURNS.

Don’t stop. Don’t quit. Stay focused. Decide that each hurdle is a learning for you.

So when asked if you will burn or learn…. GO FOR LEARNING and then move your foot towards the next step.

*About the photo

My daughter, Tres, wanted to learn badminton when she was in high school so we asked for the help of Coach Alvin Zafra to teach her. After about an hour, she requested for a water break because she was already exhausted and tired. She put down her racket on the table on my left, she sat on the bench on my right and then got her water bottle. I saw her look at the many shuttlecocks all over the other side of the court. Before I opened my mouth to say some encouraging words to her… she said “Papa, (give me) my racket” then went back in the training.

Coach Alvin said smiling, “Do you need more rest?”. Then, Tres assumed the ready position which means rest is over, let’s get back into training.

That is the moment when I took this photo.
